I just want to get something off of my chest. Nobody is above our teams logo, not Foles, not McCoy, not Maclin... MAYBE Dawkins, lol but you get my point. Anyways, why is it such a joke if somebody mentions giving Sanchez a shot? Why, because he had a silly butt fumble? Please! This guy came into the league and brought the Jets to 2 straight AFC Championship games! He was a solid QB but regressed, and lets not forget that he was under tutelage of Rex Ryan for christs sake! I know it was the preseason, but when Sanchez played this offense flowed beautifully. There are no questions about his arm, hes athletic, he knows how to play the position and is experienced. Anybody with any football sense HAS to know hes gifted as a QB (or else he wouldnt have been drafted where he was drafted then had instant success in the NFL). Sometimes a change of scenery is JUST what a player needs. Now i am in NO way giving up on Nick Foles. For all I know, Sanchez could come in and totally look like a stiff but thats not the point here. What im trying to say is to stop making Sanchez look like hes the next coming of Kyle Orton. The kid can play!
