I just want to give a shout out to AARP/Expidea and Holland America Line for their world class customer service. The price of our cruise dropped by a great deal. I called AARP/Expedia and told them about the price drop and with out hesitation took care of the issue. We now have a full on suite with our cruise. They offered shipboard credits or an upgrade and we would never spend that kind of money on the ship so we took the upgrade. They also said they may upgrade us one more level this week. Now that is customer service.!!!!!! Thank you.
