I just want to promote Ravelry to my yarn-fiend friends. There was this throw pattern that I didnt make because at first I thought it would be too hard. Then I didnt make it because we dont need another throw or blanket around here. But now, 6 or 7 years later, I want to make it just because its pretty. Except, five of the eight yarns needed are discontinued. But! Folks on Ravelry happen to have them in their stashes and theyve been mailing them to me for a quarter or less of the original cost. One more to locate and Ill be good to go! Yay for the Ravelry community!
