I just want to put something out here concerning a good tree bearing bad fruit and a bad tree bearing good fruit. I think it is critical that we heed the instruction from JESUS concerning this issue. If it werent important I dont think HE would have given this to us. In the last week I have had discussions with a few people concerning Payton Manning being a christian. He has come out and claimed that he is. This is fine and with the arena he is in I would really hope so. However I have only the fruit he has put forth. That fruit--SNL skit where he demeaned and cursed at children. In press conferences saying the only thing he was thinking about was how quick he could get a Bud Light to his lips. Then there is the article where is telling us the legal pot industry in Colorado is great because it is making him a bunch of money because of the increased sale of pizza (munchies). I guess he owns some Papa Johns there. PM is NEVER seen in the prayer circles after the games are over. If you pay attention you can see these prayer circles of members of both teams and workers all come together after the games. Also would a christian come into an organization and force out another brother in CHRIST that is all ready there (Denver) doing the work of the LORD? Dont think so. I have never seen him glorify GOD in public. He says he isnt comfortable doing so and keeps it to himself. So you see where is the good fruit? I havent seen any. The fruit that has been shown is bad fruit. This is a clear indication to what we should be thinking concerning him. Being born again is a change. When truly giving your life to CHRIST there is a change. To believe in the article below I would have to see different actions from him. toprightnews/?p=5696 I would like your input.
