I just want to remind you that thin, skinny, overweight doesnt mean healthy. HEALTHY = HEALTHY. That means feeling good about yourself, loving yourself, being able to move and do the things you want to do without sucking wind, not being on medication when nutrition and exercise can cure whatever ails you (heredity included - I know because many relatives in my family has diabetes and cholesterol issues and I dont). I eat 80% clean and love to exercise because I found out what exercise motivates me. I also love my wine, tequila and martinis. Im human. We all have something we call a treat. You can control your health - for the most part. I know athletes that have cancer, and we all hear of stories of sudden death. But, lets think about it, lets be the best we can be. No comparing. Learn to rely on nutrition as fuel and exercise as enjoyment. Theres so many benefits. Stop focusing on how you or anyone else looks. I like to look my best - MY PERSONAL BEST. Ive accomplished a lot and Im proud of it. You should work on accomplishing your personal best and be proud of it. Be healthy, happy and love yourself. Enjoy this time here on earth, and by that I mean - be able to move, get up, put your socks on, bathe yourself and eat whole foods, not pills. Again, Im not saying some people dont need to, but a majority dont have to with nutrition and exercise improvements. Im here for you. Life isnt easy, but when youre fit and healthy, life is a bit easier to tolerate. I thank God for my blessings every day. You can thank whomever you choose or not. But I am grateful. I want you to be grateful too, no matter what point you are in right now. Be thankful and ask for help. You can reach whatever goals you have; physical, emotional, spiritual, career, relationships. You just have to believe it. I believe - do you?
