I just want to say a very big thank you to all the people who helped us out this election campaign. The leaflet deliverers, the phone callers, the billboarders, the market stall campaigners (especially the early birds), the street campaigners, the door knockers, the scrutineers, the bakers... Although the result is disappointing, possibly shocking is a better word, no good deed is ever wasted. In particular, I feel we built a wonderful team of volunteers and friends. It was fantastic working with you and getting to know you. West Auckland Greens is much stronger for your involvement. I want to send an email to the list, but my email is playing up, so until Vodafone decides to answer their technical help line facebook will have to do.
