I just want to send an update to the people whove been wondering where Ive been and havent been in contact with many of you (those who havent spoken to my family). Tunisia is the absolute worst place on the face of the Earth. They deported me for absolutely no reason for one week, and because my landlord (the biggest piece of scum walking this planet) stole my money and lied to the police about me, I had no money for my ticket home. This resulted in being sent to an immigration prison for one week. I was treated like an animal by the supposedly Muslim population of police and government officials. Fortunately I met some amazing people inside, and I was able to use a smuggled phone to send message to my family and one truly blessed soul among my friends in the States, who facilitated everything for me. This experience has taught me a great deal, and Ill post a full update when I get back home later today (God Willing). There are two 3ammal (acts of Worship) that have such a sweet taste while in prison. 1. Praying Salaah with such a mixed group. 2. Reading Surah Yusuf. Ive joked before about the Arabs World having the Bani Israel sickness. When you hear what happened to me, you may agree. I am working on a new book titled, Tunis: The Emperor With No Clothes.
