I just want to state that if you guys are selling birds and re-quest deposits please inform buyers from the very beginning that it is non refundable as if a customer has to request for there deposit back and you become rude, nasty and refuse to give it back it causes quite the drama. If your not willing to return a deposit this needs to be stated prior to accepting someones deposit otherwise you as the breeder need to deal with the consiques appropriately. I will not name names, but recently Ive requested to have my 120$ deposit back as I am going through hardship at the moment and my circumstances have changed, yes this is not the breeders issue but again, I was never informed that I wouldnt be able to receive my deposit back. The person whom has my deposit still has plenty of time to sell the birds of as she still could not even tell me when I could even collect my bird so I assume there will be enough time for her to continue to sell on as she has a lot of people interested, I also think its highly unfare that the initial request of a deposit was 30$ and I had put 70$ she then asked for me for i put another 50$ on there in order for me to get myself a corella... This is 120$ that I dont have to spare, i think its rediculous that someone with a buisness can just takes someones money and turn into such a horrible and nasty person about the situation! Also she posted on here asking about giving deposit back, you told her that she has no choice but to give it back as he has no agreement stating that and of course the post got deleted as she does not wish to return my deposit!! please inform your buyers of all the terms and conditions BEFORE you take there money.
