Also managed to complete it with a sprained ankle after 3klmr.. im very proud of my self.. Medics told me not to continue the race.. I had two thinks on my mind. 1. Quit the race and forfit like a big pu**y or 2. Be a mad MAN and risk ur leg and have a injury 4 ever. #overcame all hurtles along the way with massive pain, my brain didnt register the pain after a while because my #will,#heart, determination were stronger than pain. What I did is . I Improvised ,adapted and overcame to complete with a good time of 3hr 10min. Once again thx heaps for support and all the people that came with us :) With Alen
