I just want to throw this out there since I have friends all over the world.... and I know many of them have pets and some are thinking about getting pets here and there.. PLEASE Do NOT buy puppies or kittens from petstores!! Adopt! ADOPT!! ADOPT!!! Most of us are looking for a family pet NOT a show dog... with that being said, I have adopted in the past pure-breed dogs ... Furthermore, adopting a dog that is a little older or even older you avoid puppy potty training and chewing.. people look at me with my Rottis and say oh they are so well mannered and so beautiful where did you get them... THE SHELTER!!! People look at me in awe when I tell them that... I have worked a lot lately with rescue groups and I go and pull dogs almost every week and I can say about 50% of the dogs there are PURE Breed dogs!
