I just want to use this space to attempt to let my friends know that coffee that is roasted dark, roasted french, roasted Italian, etc, is all just a way to take low quality beans and cover up off, bad, undesirable flavors in order to achieve consistency in an inferior product by eliminating flavor and nuance. Drinking dark roast coffee doesnt make you tough, or whatever people think it does. It makes you the victim of a culinary crime.
