I just wanted to get thoughts on this. I already talked to mom about it earlier. I went and voted this morning. Before I voted, I decided that, as anyone else should do, I would look up the information regarding everything on the ballot. Minus amendment one, I found zero to no information on any of the candidates, what they supported, what they would change, etc etc. I know there are ads on the radio and tv, but most of that is your standard he/she is a liberal/conservative that is in league with Obama/anti christ/corporations seeking to ruin Tennessee and (insert nominee here) will save us. I believe in trying to be informed and not just vote down the party line, and that substantial information should be made available to the public regarding candidates. Just my thought.
