I just wanted to let everyone know I volunteered at the NYC food bank, but I am sorry to say that we are so busy right now in my nonprofit work that we certainly cannot do anything else. That being said, God keeps bringing individuals into my life here in NYC who are truly in need. I am not talking about homeless people but people renting apartments here who can barely afford to eat, living in the midst of affluence. They have just fallen on hard times, and most are seniors. It is a pleasure to help, especially someone who is not expecting it..and we will continue to make it part of my nonprofit organizations work as we meet people on an individual basis in need...Helping someone else sure does make us thankful for all God has given us this Thanksgiving. https://facebook/video.php?v=404259749656433&set=vb.126131457500588&type=2&theater
