I just wanted to post a review of my experience with an online cichlids supplier called AZgardens out of Arizona. I placed my original order for a large number of cichlids, lobster plus food. I was so excited to set up this new 90 gallons peacock and hap tank. The 24 hour delivery arrived as scheduled, but to my dismay the order was missing over 14 fish that were paid for. Additionally 2 of the fish delivered were DOA, which can be expected. As directed in the policies of AZgardens, when there is a DOA fish, the buyer is suppose to take a picture of the dead fish with tooth picks in them (proving they are actually dead) and text it to the company. Included in my text was a list of all the fish that were not delivered. I immediately got a response saying that they were sorry and will replace/credit me for the 2 DOA. They also supplied me with a second delivery date for the outstanding fish. Fast forward a week to the expected delivery date. No delivery confirmation, but I took off from work to wait for the delivery anyway. Mid day I decided to text Peter Yunger of AZgardens to inquire about the delivery. He now tells me that a mistake was made and that my order was sent to someone who has the same name as me, but in another state. I then asked Peter Yunger to either process the outstanding fish for immediate delivery or refund the balance of my order to my credit card. Peter Yunger promises to make it up to me and will handle my order immediately. Another week passes without and communication. I once again contact Peter Yunger and asked that my order be handled immediately and be ready for delivery the following Tuesday with an expected delivery date of Wednesday, since I will be out of town. Peter responds via email and says, an order will be shipped on Tuesday with delivery on Wednesday. Here I sit on the following Wednesday (time taking off from work again), waiting for the delivery. No confirmation or delivery received. Again I texted Peter this morning to inquire about the delivery, NO RESPONSE! I write this review to give warning to others seeking to purchase from this company. Beware, and proceed with caution. I am trying to help prevent this frustration for others. I suggest looking at other suppliers like Bluegrasscichlids
