I just wanted to say many thanks for the excellent service I received from the British Vice-Consulate this week :-) My passport was due to run out soon and I wanted to renew it before I booked some flights for the spring. I had heard that I could get a years extension, and sure enough, I was given an appointment and told what to bring with me. I turned up, handed everything over, and was told I could go for a quick coffee, Matt would call me when it was ready! Job done, a years extension, for FREE in less than an hour. Excellent service (y)
