I just wanted to say thank you to all the friends and family of Chisholm and Samantha that were part of the wedding celebration this past weekend. It was one I will remember forever. I have had opportunities over the past 35 years to be involved in some pretty impressive events while working in banking and for the government. Additionally, I have been in a stampede, driven through a tornado, stepped in the middle of a cottonmouth, stared down a pack of wolves eye to eye with nothing but a fly-rod in my hand, played mexican sweat on a foot-bridge with a black bear, testified before United States Congress, and partied like a rock star while celebrating New Years Eve with a one-armed piano player. But I have never had a night like last Saturday. The event, the location, the great friends and family involved, the gorgeous bride and her beautiful young ladies standing with her, the handsome groom and the dashing young men standing with him (I will include myself here), the food, the dancing, the serenade to the bride by the Farm House Brothers, and last but not least, all these great young people gathering together and singing the Aggie War Hymn, together as one, made for an occasion that was the most unique experience I have ever been a part of. Thank you for letting me be included in this experience.
