I just wanted to share a how dumb can people be story....last night i was sitting outside on break and the movie theatre late show lets out next door. Two of the dumbasses decide to untie the balloon arch at the car sale in the parking lot next to it and start walking down the road with it. Meanwhile the local PD is out patrolling at this time...can you say BUSTED!? Needless to say the cop made them take the balloons back and retie them...they were lucky to get off with a warning...but it did make my night. Gotta love morons like that...lol.
