I just wanted to share this with you all and boy did it get my SIX to SUCESS forum talking.... A fellow challenger (second time round and very clued onto what and what not to eat), was doing the right thing by looking at something new to add to her yoghurt. She posted this in the forum saying that it looked ok and can she have it. For those who know how to read labels well, youll spot what it is right away..... you might even rub your eyes in disbelief..... I actually asked if I was reading this right.... 7g sugar per 10g serve!!!!!! When we look at labels on food (my opinion) we should look to keep the sugars to under 10g per 100g...... So look again. SEVEN grams per TEN gram serving.... This is where packaging and companies like this can manipulate by using words such as no added sugar gluten free dairy free so the average Jo will look at this and think they are doing their bodies a massive favor.... may as well go a block of chocolate, or even better... pick up a pear or punnet of strawberries. I wont get my rant on too much... but coming from a company called Health..... this is not good enough! Courtney x
