I just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes in the last couples of days. The overwhelming support and offers of assistance have been wonderful. We are lucky and grateful to have friends and family that truly care for us and are willing to step up in a time of need. I need to especially thank my parents, Deborah Schroeder and John Schroeder. I am not sure what we would have done if you werent here. We were lucky to have you visiting (which is always great) and being able to watch the kids when I wake you up at 6am to let you know we were heading to the ER. Billy came home yesterday. He is sore, but alive and well. The doctor said his appendix was ready to burst. He will be resting for the next week or so and then will, hopefully, be back on his feet as usual.
