I just watched a college, COLLEGE baseball player get a base hit to center to drive in a run- didnt round the bag and pick up the baseball, didnt check to see if the outfielder bobbled it so he can advance. Just want straight to first high fives the first base coach and thinks he did a great job. The kid should be benched the manager fired and the first base coach punched in the face for not know what is going on. Moral of the story- if you wanna be a good ball player one of the many things you should know how to do before college, run the bases.
