I just watched a program on the Discovery channel regarding food allergies. (Food Allergies in America) Thought this was an interesting line from the program. "Food allergies of one person, affects the community, friends, family, church, potlucks, school events, (sports, plays, picnics, bake sales, going out to eat with friends, birthday parties, etc...) school in general and school sporting events. An average classroom has 2 students in it that have food allergies." (and we are talking more than just hives...) But remember people with allergies....Food allergies DO NOT define who you are! :)
