I just watched a short video about the SUGAR epidemic, and how its killing everyone off, diabetes etc., Funny, the vid even said that Sugar lights up the brain, the same way Cocaine does. I flagged sugar last month, but my sweet tooth was having a tough time making the transition, so, Id been using *Splenda and *Equal to make things like icecream and pavlova ... but happily Im over that now. Have also ditched White bread, in fact Ive ditched all carbs for the time being. Ive been looking at some of our old people, particularly my 2 Grandmothers, one is 90 and the other is 84; also looking at some of my tupuna on the river that lived some long lives 100plus. The big difference I can see is their daily diets. So I made some changes. Im not saying I want to live forever, but I certainly wouldnt want to clock out before completing certain things, and I think my Uri need me around a bit longer too. #PositiveChanges #Longevity
