I just watched like 4 documentaries on Ali on Netflix... heart breaking. I felt so bad for that man. He put himself in a position where he had to whore himself for the money and fought long after he was already finished. In Muhammad and Larry they say his health was so bad that the state athletic commission sealed his pre fight physical results from the public. They said he couldnt hop, stand on one foot, or successfully point to his nose with either hand. Then I watched another one in which he called his daughter and said he found a house and if he liked the house he was going to fight again... his daughter started crying begging him not to fight again smh. It is hard watching any man destroy himself smh. Everyone who knew and loved him were crying in interviews like he was dead. Because they knew he was hell bent on killing himself and there was nothing they could say or do to stop it. They showed him doinh sit ups for the Holmes fight... that shit just looked sad and pathetic. They said he was unable to work the double end bag because he kept missing the target. If these commissions, his doctor, and his trainers had any integrity they may have been able to save him from himself had they not cleared him to fight when they know damn well he was shot. His personal fight doctor wouldnt clear him for the Foreman fight and his team replaced the doctor with a schmuck who would. Everyone involved including himself knew a check was coming and they all disregarded the signs and threw health by the way side in the name of money... what a tragedy smh :-(
