I just watched this documentary from the UK about the benefits of plant based or vegan diets. It is only about 1/2 hr and very well made. It covers the health benefits, the sustainability aspects, compassion for other creatures, and even athletic performance. Very well made if you have 30 minutes to spare! You are not only impacting your personal health, but your food choices have a ripple effect on the environment, the well being of other creatures, and you are setting a great example for others!
