I just wonder whose opinion would change if that fella punched them in the face. Seriously, if a pro-football player engaged you in an argument, spit in your face a number of times, called you foul names and then cold-cocked you in a casino elevator, AND then when security personnel showed up to help you because the fight is clearly unbalanced he then lied and told them you were at fault and drunk and that you only passed-out, what type of punishment would you think was suitable? How would you react to, what the interwebs are calling, a crushing blow to the face that knocked you out and dropped you to the floor?
