I keep getting ALOT of messages about my embroidery bussiness and machine. Like 5 a day. Let me start out by saying I am so completely blessed and thankful that my husband is providing a way for me to stay home with the baby. He works so hard to pay the bills and this business is going to help take the load off him a little. Its been a long time coming and Im so excited to finally hit the ground running! Embroidery is a lot tougher than I expected! Lots of knowledge, materials, practice and patience. The common questions I have been asked are- What machine do you have? A- Janome Memory Craft 9900 it was purchased from Thomas Sewing Center in Mesquite. How much did it cost?- A pretty penny. Lol Roughly $3,500 for the machine alone. How did you learn? A- I teach myself, I watch tons of you tube ;) Where do you get your supplies? A- all over. No really- Im constantly searching for the best price and quality possible so I can remain affordable! What do you suggest for a hobby/personal machine? A- My pro friends would suggest a Brother Pe 770 which is a great starter machine and will run about $600. *With all that being said- embroidery can make for a fun hobby or a great business but it is certainly not easy. It takes money to make money and I have certainly made an investment in this in hopes of success! I am so excited that I have such great support from family and friends! Thank you all!
