I keep getting asked. Are you craving all that food at the fa festival? No I walked down there yesterday, I had 1 corndog and 32oz of apple cider(yes I tracked it). I dont crave food like you would think because is Diet...I eat clean 90% of the time ....and yes I eat pop tarts ...rice crispy treats...I just now ate a bowl of frosted flakes with BirthdayCake protein powder in it(the bomb if you havent tried it) I consume more food in a day than some of you do in 2 days. Because you continue to think eating less will make you fit. I dont even consider me being on a special diet anymore....its just what I do. It was a lifestyle change. Im not guilty of what I eat. Like Ive seen this week alone ...maybe 15-20 status updates stating hitting some cardio so I can eat this food at he fall festival Question is why should you feel guilty about anything you eat? Look at the video, watch it in its entirety . Im not here to start arguments. If you want help, I know some people. To put this in perspective here is a video of how and why I diet the way I do.
