I keep going back and forth on whether I should play more of the Tomb Raider reboot. I guess Ill give it another go. Maybe Im just super put-off by the idea of changing the unstoppable Lara Croft into a helpless girl stuck on an island full of pirates who want to kidnap her (and, as is heavily implied, rape her). The Tomb Raider games have always been about being an empowered badass. Its like being asked to play a Batman game where you spend the majority of your time watching tiny Bruces parents die. Maybe the second half will be less Sad Boy and more Dark Knight, but why is the Sad Boy part there at all?
