I keep posting about this but it needs to be said repeatedly as I keep coming across posts where woman say they feel like a failure as a mother because they were unable to breastfed for whatever reason. STOP! You are not a failure if you choose to or have to formula feed your baby. You are not a failure if you try to breastfed and for whatever reason are unable. Feeding your baby whether formula or breast is the perfect choice. The only way you could be a failure is by NOT feeding your baby. Woman when we enter motherhood it is like a religion. And yet just like in the crusades we tear each other down because they do/did something different then then what we would choose. Instead of attacking and vilifying anothers choice step back and remember their life is not yours. Their baby is not yours. What works for you may not work for them. So applaud them for loving their baby so much that they choose to feed them.
