I keep seeing people getting discouraged over weight loss goals and its very unsettling for me. If your goal was to lose 50lbs in a years time and you lost 30lbs, how did you fail? You still lost a substantial amount of weight! Progress is progress no matter how small. Pick your chin up, look in the mirror and see the person youve become. It didnt happen from staying home and being lazy. You worked your ass off to get to where you are. BE PROUD. - First Class Fitness and Motivation
