I keep seeing this commercial on tv and it irritates me a lot. I feel like they are making fun of emotional eaters and those who suffer from disordered eating. They do say our relationship with food is complicated in the tagline, which is true, but the overall message is that these people are out-of-control and need weight watchers to snap them back to it. Im sorry, if you are a serious binge eater or bulimic, counting points is not going to fix all your problems. Ive done weight watchers and it worked for me for a while, but I definitely take issue with the commercial. What do you think?
