I knew Dr. Jones personally. BYUs response to his research was shameful. Threatening letters were sent by C. Martin Hinckley. Mr. Hinckley also promised research money from Homeland Security if Dr. Jones would cease to question 9/11. Dr. Steven Jones refused to bow to this pressure which resulted in his termination after 21 years of service at BYU. The absolute free fall speed of WTC 7 has been established beyond question and, after 7 years, was finally acknowledged by NIST. The free fall speed of the demolition of WTC 7 alone is sufficient to prove beyond any doubt that the governments account of 9/11 cannot possibly be true -- completely vindicating Dr. Jones suspicions. Dr. Jones went on to establish in peer reviewed papers published in respected journals, the presence of high temperatures beyond anything possible with jet fuel and the presence of explosives.
