I knew a few Muslims in my early days as a Muslim in Atlanta, were I grew up and converted to Islam, who didnt have knowledge or eloquence.They didnt know what a madh-hab was, didnt know anything about aqida, and had no idea that tariqa existed. Some of them didnt have basic life skills to be honest. They did have a few things; a love for God, His Messenger, peace be upon him, those who believe, and goodwill for Gods creation. It manifested by their not having any evil to say about anyone and an eye focused deeply on the nature of the intent of their actions. I miss those people.
