I know I always post yoga sequences for you guys to challenge yourselves with but, I thought I would post two great challenging Pilates moves for you...... For just a little change of pace . Hey, I do teach a mean Pilates class, as well ;) every Thursday at 10am at Freedom Within Yoga Watch your form: keep your belly button pulled in toward your spine, chin slightly away from your neck, keep your spine nice and long, hips lifted and always remember to lengthen the legs as much as you possibly can.
