I know I am a little late, but I wanted to say a Big Thank You to all 1730 of you folks who voted for me to return as Lenoir County Commissioner! I want to thank all of you who have been with me from the very beginning four years ago like Lloyd and Susan Moddy, Terry and Amanda Aldridge, Carol and Shine Ham, Buddy and Pat Gates, Jo Ellen Sloan, my good friends the Pittman Brothers of Pink Hill, Jimmy and Susan Rouse, Marla and Craig Ham, Earl Bielby and Bobbi, Gerald and Lina Gibbs, Dempsey Smith, my wonderful daughter Leigh Surcy and husband Mike, and one of the most politically astute people I know my great friend Dawn G. Stroud. There are so many others that I could name and I wanted to just thank you all so very much. I want to thank all of you who allowed me to put Large Signs at your place of business or home and all of you who honored me so much by placing one of my signs in your yard. It is the highest honor to have someone think of enough of you to both display your yard sign and vote for you. Very humbling and overwhelming to have so many great friends and neighbors. I am truly truly blessed! Thank you all so much!! If any of you have any yard signs or large signs that still need to be picked up let me know and I will make provisions to get them up? Again, thank you all so very much for all you have done to support me through these last 4 years!!
