I know I am going to ruffle some rebellious MGT feathers but hey...what can I say. If you are about to get married to an FOI be prepared to serve him his dinner....at least bean soup and salad and whole wheat rolls. If you are already married I am sure you already are doing this. When he comes home from a hard day at work dont bombard him with the problems of the day...and when you start having children and they are at the age of comprehension train the children to be quiet when Daddy comes home and if need be have them go into another room. Let him initiate the conversation and then at the right time bring up the issues then. Sit at the table and have insightful conversations. Dont eat dinner in front of a TV set.... And if you are a little overweight get in the gym... Black men like to be served like the kings that they are. All men regardless of race like to be served by their women....it is a lost art today. The Black man must find his heaven in you...peace and quiet of mind.
