I know I am suppose to post something I am thankful for but wanted to let everyone know how the appointment with the oncologist went. Well grandmas appointment didnt go as well as I had hoped. Her cancer on an aggressive scale of 1-9 (not like the pain scale I guess) is an 8/9, he said it is usually caught when the size is less then 2cm and hers was 3cm, and this is a positive and a negative is that it is a estrogen receptive cell. So she will be taking pills to stop the estrogen (because estrogen feeds the cancer) and radiation. During the exam he said her lymph node didnt feel right and ordered a CT for her neck and chest. Prayers are appreciated.
