I know I dont have much room to talk because I didnt technically make the cut this weekend, but I dont think bowlers should be able to bowl a tournament and make a cut, just to tell the tournament director that they wont be bowling the next day because they have another tournament. If that is the case, then they should just receive money for cashing, not anything higher. This apparently happened over the weekend at the Lafayette open, and eventually the #17 seed was given a bye instead of pulling up the next person to bowl. If anything, the #1 seed shouldve received a bye and the bracket shouldve been reseeded. It just doesnt seem right that someone didnt roll a ball in that round and was still able to cash there. It also wouldve helped me out since I wouldve been the next bowler up lol. Broke college kid couldve used that extra $100 or more!
