I know I have some nurses on here. Can you sprain a overy? This morning at 5:00 am I woke and had to piddle. For some odd reason I swung my leg up and got out bed. Instant I felt a bad pain. It was so bad I sat there and couldnt get up for almost 10 minutes. Then I could barely walk to the bathroom. I looked up sprain groin and it says it hurts on the upper thigh also. I dont have any pain on my thigh. It just hurts lower left hand tummy about where the overies are. I had to take a pain pill. its eaised up some but hurts to get up and walk. When it first happend the pain so was so bad I couldnt move and was actually crying. I almost yelled at mom to wake up and call 911. Then it easied enough to go piddle. The pain is constant its not like a throbing pain. The pain pill helped but Im dreading when it starts to wear off. If you can sprain one about how long does it last?
