I know I just posted this but I think it warrants commentary as well. I am not posting this to promote any political party, nor do I really want to see any comments about that. What I want to say is how proud this makes me because first of all it shows how the educators in his life have instilled a sense of purpose in what he wants to accomplish. He isnt afraid to stand up and try to make changes that he feels are important, which are the foundational beliefs our country was built on. And secondly, props to him for being fearless. He is 18 and taking a bigger stand than most people do in a lifetime, including myself. It makes me unbelievably proud to see young people wanting to make a positive change in the world and actually doing something about it. Good luck Austin!
