I know I keep banging on about how proud I am about my fiancée but after 6 weeks now of training she has totally transformed the way she looks. Shes stuck to her diet like glue, excelled in the gym and now is addicted to spin! I want to thank all the staff at Planet Fitness in Aberbargoed for making her feel so welcome and over coming her phobia about entering a gym! Big thanks too to James Prosser for PTing her once a week and for persuading her to try spin. You may only be a young pup but your enthusiasm is infectious! When I look back 6 months ago and where you were, youre confidence and your whole state of being has changed for the better babe!
