I know I usually start my posts off with a top of the morning and continue on with my most positive comments I can make, but this morning I come to you with a heavy and sad heart. We are losing our sweet Bubba today. After 2 vet visits and some x-rays and tests, it has been determined that Bubba has a cancerous tumor in his stomach that is growing at a fast rate. The vet said he could do surgery, but there is no guarantee that the tumor would not be back in a week, month, etc AND it may spread to other areas. Plus the surgery would cost $2000 or more. So they brought Bubba home last night to have one more night with him and to make a decision. Today they will take Bubba and have him put down and will have him cremated. They will keep Bubbas ashes and I think that gives them quite a bit of comfort. What gives me comfort???? To know that Blackie is waiting for him and they will be free of pain and running like the wind and forever together and when its my turn to go, not only will my loved ones meet me, but Blackie and Bubba will too and the three of us will be free of pain and sickness and we will ALL run like the wind. Please be in prayer for John and Marquita Moore as they go through this difficult process. Thank you all my wonderful and caring friends. You are truly some of the best friends I have on this earth and I love you all to the moon and back!
