(I know Im going to get in trouble for this) IF (and Im NOT saying we should) Ole Miss were to change nicknames (and mascot), I would really support something like the Highlanders or Highland Rebels (They have resisted English rule more than once). Scottish immigrants had a large influence on Appalachian culture including North Mississippi. Also, one of my favorite mini-traditions was the person who used to play the bagpipes at Swayze after the night games.
