I know Ive already said it but I just cant see how you can vote no to Scottish independence and then say you are a proud Scot. Im hearing a few folk saying they voted no but they are a proud Scot. Schizophrenia is a serious thing. If youre proud of anything, youd fight tooth and nail for it in the face of any odds that might present themselves. Lets take one of the defence arguments for a second, for example, a Yorkshireman says he is a proud Yorkshireman but also a proud Englishman, Yorkshire is a region of England so thats an understandable and acceptable claim. This means Scotland is a REGION of the United Kingdom and NOT a country. The country IS the United Kingdom. If you dont want it to be its own country, HOW can you say you are a proud Scot ????? Moronic. The FACT is that Scotland is NOT a country, it is ONLY a region of the UK and will NEVER be a country in its own right until its people decide that they want their own nation. How many of you are your own boss but you have another boss over you? NONE, because its technically impossible to be your own boss if you have ANOTHER BOSS. Scotland the nation is dead, it died when the Treaty of Union was signed. If it is to be resurrected it can only be so by parting that union. Its not rocket science folks, if you dont want Scotland to have its exclusive national identity as an independent nation then youre not of Scottish nationality all you are is someone from a REGION of the UK which happens to be called Scotland, so please, no voters, spare me the stupidity of your claims of being proud Scots, just say you you are proud Brits, youll look less stupid.
