I know Max 30 it is not as pretty as PiYo to watch. Its definitely challenging me in different ways. For instance I hate cardio so doing it in bursts like this and then maxing out is working well for me. This friday fight was HARD-hardly any breaks but we made it though! I was thankful to have my workout buddy Keandra. Not all of my team mates in this challenge are spread out across the country some are my friends and we get to hang out and work out together which is super cool! Kind of like a fit club in my own living room! Body weight exercise is hard but it is so much more effective time wise than all those sets and reps with weights and machines. I have seen such a huge transformation in my legs since doing home workouts and plyometrics. I wasted so many years on the eliptical machine and running road races to still look soft and fluffy. Im pretty shredded these days and its all the burpees, lunges, squats, planks, and push ups. You dont need a gym and you dont need to run if you dont want to-especially if you are not getting the body you want. If you are getting results keep doing it. If youre not its probably time to try something else. If you cant stay consistent then keep searching for something that you can be consistent with! I am consistent with my fitness because it is in my own living room on my time and its cheap compared to the cost of going to the gym!
