I know a few folks here are fully convinced and expelling lungs-full of Israel damning facts and rhetoric, typing until their revolutionary fingertips are bruised and battered. Bravo, I say! But lets not get too sheep-like in our pronouncements about media-coverage bias and blah blah blah. The twelve hour truce is over and Hamas is firing rockets into Israel again. Now, lets be brave enough (all of us massive intellects, cyber-warriors etc) to postulate a fairly simple question: If Israel is kicking the living shit out of Hamas and if nearly zero percent of their rockets find a mark, then WHY keep firing the rockets? I think the answer reveals a significant part of the problem. And this is not being stated here for the first time. Hamas fires the rockets knowing and hoping that Israel will over-react. Israel is good at that. So, please, you anti-Israel fanatics, some of whom are very likely anti-Semitic if the surface is rubbed just a little, factor that in as you continue to indict Israel. We have seen many rounds of this fight now. And when the violence stops (it will) I can guarantee you this: the same folks who have pretence to expertise now will fall strangely silent ;-)
