I know better than to wait till the last day to file State sales tax reports but that is what I did. I tried to go online and the whole site was down. Tried several times and nothing. As a last resort I did a mail in form but of course I dont have any checks or postage so that meant a trip to the post office. I get depressed just walking into that place. Did one more try before I had to leave to get it postmarked and the site was up again. I got lucky and only wasted about 30 minutes being kicked off until it finally worked, A friend with 2 different returns got one filed before the system kicked him off. He make it to the post office with about 5 minutes to spare getting the second postmarked in time.
