I know everyone is anxious for a Robert update...So your wish is my command We BELIEVE he is a tiny bit better. This little set back of a small amount of fluid in his right lung has really knocked him off his feet literally. His breathing is so shallow and walking only short distances is really wearing him out. However, Cova is making him do all of the things that are going to make him better. I call her nurse Ratched. They are drama free except for him being a man and not wanting to do what Nurse Ratched makes him do EVERY hour. It is getting better They know it will be a slow process. Also, since yesterday she has been introducing him to soft foods (tiny little bites that he must REALLY chew). With this new nutrition by mouth they have cut the pump (formula) down to 12 hours which they run usually from 8pm to 8am. This way he is encouraged to eat those soft liquids thru the day.
