I know everyone is ready to move on from the treatment of minorities by the cops… just as we have moved on from the capture of the young Nigerian school girls… after all what can we do as individuals. But here in this country we can at least open our eyes to the fact that SOME of our police are ruthless killers of certain members of our society. It is easy to say that the police are justified because “they(who ever got shot dead... deserved what they get because… (and then listen to the made up a story of justification). Well i do not forget those poor girl children who got captured and i do not forget the young minority folks that the cops have killed….. Cops! Public servants… people i pay with my taxes behaving like killers. Look at this video and tell me that the cops needed to shoot this man… then listen to the stories they tell. And if you still defend these killers… remember that todays minority may become tomorrows policemen. We… all of us... must work for equality of treatment from our law enforcement. Force and repression will not bring peace and a livable society. Equality of treatment, open information, integrated police forces… Fairness of treatment… these are the things that make a society safe.
