I know everyone will blame Russell Westbrook (who Ill admit hasnt played his best basketball this series) just because its convenient to do so if OKC ends up losing. While hes part of the equation for sure blaming only him as many people do is not only lazy but highly misguided. Maybe Memphis is just a better team and was a sleeping giant all along? Maybe Kevin Durant needed to play better, 3-10 currently and 27-76 in the three games prior? Maybe Scott Brooks has highly predictable offensive schemes that play right into Memphis hands defensively? Maybe Zach Randolph has been able to do whatever he wants in this series and could easily have more points if he got more favorable calls from the refs? But no many of you will continue to blame Westbrook and solely him, the scapegoating has gotten old and I really hope this guy wins eventually so he can get haters off his back.
